320 Market Cafe in Swarthmore, PA is seeking dependable, capable, team-oriented individuals for a busy, fast-paced retail environment within our family-owned business.

You will perform fruit prep, display upkeep, sanitation, and customer service during a full-time shift. Schedule is Thursday–Monday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with pay at $15–$18 per hour and pooled tips after probation. We have a fun hybrid business model with a sit-down restaurant, take-out deli, quality catering, and curated market selection.

• Builds cut fruit in retail packaging per given recipes and guides.
• Makes all prep associated with the product according to given recipes and daily pars.
• Maintains cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges.

Full Time Thursday-Monday 6 am-2 pm

Wage: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour (plus pooled tips after probationary period of roughly $4-$6/hr)

Funciones y responsabilidades principales

• Preparar y envasar fruta cortada siguiendo las recetas y directrices establecidas.
• Realizar todas las tareas de preparación de productos según las recetas y los niveles de inventario diario requeridos.
• Mantener la limpieza y la buena presentación de las vitrinas y refrigeradores.
• Mantener la limpieza y el orden en las estaciones de trabajo y el área de almacenamiento.
• Cumplir con las normativas de nutrición y saneamiento, así como con las normas de seguridad.
• Mantener una actitud positiva y profesional con compañeros y clientes.
• Atender, informar y seguir las instrucciones del Gerente General (GM) o del Gerente de Cocina (KM).

Horario a tiempo completo: de jueves a lunes, de 6:00 a. m. a 2:00 p. m.

Salario: de $15.00 a $18.00 por hora (más propinas compartidas tras el periodo de prueba, que suman aproximadamente entre $4 y $6 por hora).
