This onsite role emphasizes HTS research, document control, and client coordination. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in customs entry writing, strong FDA/PGA experience, and excellent attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customs entry writing/import brokerage experience.
• Strong FDA/PGA experience.
• Knowledge of HTS classification and U.S. customs procedures.
• QuestaWeb experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit U.S. customs entries.
• Review import documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Handle FDA/PGA requirements and May Proceed releases.
• Research HTS codes and product classifications.
• Track FDA exams, holds, and releases.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and steamship lines.
• Process RFIs and resolve entry/documentation issues.
• Review bills of lading and shipping documents.
• Follow company procedures and customs requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
