Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking an experienced Customs Entry Writer for an immediate full-time role in the Carson, CA area. The position covers the complete import-clearance process, from reviewing documentation to final shipment release and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will prepare U.S. import entries, review supporting documents, and ensure accurate data entry. Onsite work in Carson is required; up-to-date knowledge of HTS and FDA requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Customs entry writing or Customs brokerage experience.
• Experience personally preparing or transmitting U.S. import entries.
• FDA or other Partner Government Agency processing experience.
• Knowledge of HTS classification and Customs clearance procedures.
• Ability to process a consistent entry volume accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, urgency, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Customs brokerage systems; QuestaWeb is preferred.
• Ability to work fully onsite in the Carson, California area.

This onsite position supports the complete import-clearance process, from reviewing documentation and preparing entries through government-agency approval and final shipment release.
