Amazon's Customs Brokerage Operations team in Nashville, TN is seeking a Customs Compliance Specialist to oversee shipment holds, collaborate with logistics teams, and provide first-level customer support. You will start each day reviewing your entry queue, prioritizing shipments based on clearance timelines. You will work through entry filings, verifying commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading against filing requirements. When questions arise on classification or valuation, you will consult internal reference guides and elevate to your Operations Lead. Throughout the day, you will communicate with logistics and fulfillment partners to resolve documentation gaps, ensuring shipments clear without unnecessary delays.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
