FedEx Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Administrative professional to support customs brokerage and freight movement. The role involves preparing and submitting U.S. customs documentation, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships with brokers and service providers.
Responsibilities include processing post-entry activities, data input, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely release of freight. Shift is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm; training provided; EOE.
To provide customers with the highest quality service by providing consistent customer service and resolution in order to ensure timely release and/or inbound or outbound movement of freight/cargo
1 year + Work experience with the classification & harmonized tariff system. Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations & other federal regulations . *MUST HAVE CUSTOMS BROKERAGE EXPERIENCE
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
Total Base Pay Range 21.14 - 29.59 USD Hourly
Shift Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm
