Ensure smooth andtimelyclearance processflow.

Ensure allcustomersstandard operating procedures are followed as per theSOP.

Ensureaccurateandtimelydata entry into ouroperating system.

Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customersatisfaction.

Support theSupervisorin the following areas:

Allocating workloads, monitoring workboards to ensure internal KPI’s are mete.g.,timelykeying.

Build andmaintainingstrong relationships with customers and governmental Customs organizations.

Assistthe manager and supervisor intimelyresponding to requests for information and with market competitive pricing matching the scope of service required by the customer.

Assistin retention calls and complete customer reviews with your regular customers to document in theCRM.

Monitor customs refunds by customs authoritiesutilizingBNP report where needed.

Proactively communicate withtheteam to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.

Be a guide for the team - mentor agents and ensure thatpositiveattitude ismaintainedwithin theteam.

Allocate workloads withinteamto ensure smooth operations during peak activity or staff absence.

Promote productivity tools within the team (e.g.,usingRAFT,,expo customs)

Be continuously open and positiveto implementing new system changes and enhancements with yourteam.
