Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc. is looking for an individual who will be responsible for processing customs documents for southbound shipments to Mexico. The role involves creating various export forms, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
Applicants must hold an Associate degree and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in maquiladora operations. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health coverage and a 401(k) plan.
The person hired will have the responsibility to make invoices for southbound shipments to companies in Mexico under maquila program, also keep contact with Mexican and American brokers as the operation goes. FTZ and IN BOND status knowledge will be a plus, working close with shipping and traffic department.
