Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze daily broker files, entry packets, and ACE data for imports/exports.
• Support import/export transactions by generating documentation and coordinating with brokers.
• Data-mine for escalations and investigate root causes (HTS, part numbers, COO, etc.).
• Create periodic reporting and presentations for key business partners and brokers.
