Job summary

Century College in White Bear Lake, MN seeks a Customized Training Representative to lead the CE/CT Healthcare program area, market non-credit and credit courses, and grow consulting services for businesses and individuals.

You will design, coordinate, and deliver revenue-generating courses, supervise the Healthcare program, and ensure compliance with reporting and outreach requirements while operating in a hybrid work setting.

Job Description

Position Purpose

Provide leadership, coordination, and direction for the CE/CT Healthcare program areas. Market customized training services, non-credit and credit courses, and consulting services to businesses, organizations, and individuals and manage programs to generate surplus revenue to the College.

Position Responsibilities

• Design and deliver revenue-generating credit and non-credit courses/programs, services, and customized training.
• Provide leadership, coordination, and direction of the Healthcare program.
• Meet requirements within the College for reports, communications, outreach, and maintaining control over work processes.
• Perform professional responsibilities within your assigned area of Continuing Education/Customized Training.
• Contribute to Continuing Education/Customized Training projects and initiatives.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $30.76 - $45.49/hour

Minimum Qualifications (must have at time of application).

• Business/Industry Experience/Sales/ Training and/ or Project Management expertise.
• Strong written, verbal, and computer skills.
• Bottom line accountability and entrepreneurial skills.
• Knowledge of emerging technology and business planning.
• Knowledge of course and program design, instructional technology, and industry practices.
• Driving is an integral part of responsibilities - Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Preferred Qualification (desired but not expected to have to enter job)

• Knowledge of Minnesota State applicable statutes, rules, regulations, and policies.
• Knowledge of Minnesota State policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
• Teaching experience or background in curriculum development.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field.
