Job summary

You will partner with product, engineering, operations, and vendors, lead Agile delivery as Scrum Master, and ensure backlogs, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria translate into successful solutions that delight customers and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in Product Ownership, BA, Scrum Master, or delivery roles.
• Experience with Agile software delivery teams and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Customization product backlog and roadmap.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate strategy into initiatives and user stories.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure value delivery with measurable KPIs.
