Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Belton, MO is seeking a part-time Retail Cashier to assist customers with questions, ring up sales, and help maintain store appearance.

You will handle cash securely, stock shelves, unload merchandise, and ensure a safe, friendly environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
