Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a qualified trainer with Navy SIGINT experience to deliver shipboard and classroom instruction on SSEE systems. The role includes Train-the-Trainer events, curriculum development, and technical support to afloat cryptologic teams.

Requirements include five years of Navy SIGINT experience, Navy training instruction background or NEC 805A, and ability to work in Navy platforms’ spaces. Up to 25% travel; U.S.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Navy shipboard SIGINT system operational experience.
• Experience as instructor in formal Navy training environments or Navy Instructor NEC 805A.
• SSEE Increment F NEC C21A familiarity and related curriculum tasks.

Responsibilities

• Providing formal and informal shipboard instruction on SSEE systems for afloat cryptologic personnel.
• Executing Train-the-Trainer events to support curriculum implementation and system updates.
• Updating and creating training documents and curriculum for SSEE systems.
• Managing timelines and tracking for development and updates to SSEE curriculum.
• Offering Subject Matter Expertise recommendations on training requirements.
• Performing basic system troubleshooting, software configuration support, and recommendations.
• Reviewing documents for technical accuracy.

Description

• Providing formal and informal shipboard and classroom instruction on Ship's Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) systems supporting afloat cryptologic personnel
• Providing Train-the-Trainer (T3) events to supporting the training teams implementation of new curriculum, systems, and systems updates
• Updating, creating and implementing training documents and curriculum pertinent to SSEE systems (new and existing)
• Providing timelines and tracking throughout the creation and updates of SSEE curriculum to support customer's requirements
• Providing Subject Matter Expertise recommendations on training requirements
• Performing basic system troubleshooting, software configuration support and recommend resolution on SSEE
• Performing document reviews for technical accuracy

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of Navy Shipboard Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) system operational experience with at least one afloat tour, or equivalent experience is required
• Shipboard systems may include, but are not limited to:
  • Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment E/F
  • Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP) systems
• Must be able to perform work within equipment spaces onboard US Navy platforms
• Previous experience performing curriculum maintenance tasks

Desired Skills

• 8-10 years of SIGINT experience
• Previous experience as instructor in formal Navy training environment or Navy Instructor NEC 805A (legacy 9502)
• SSEE Increment F NEC C21A
• Previous experience performing curriculum maintenance tasks
• Proficient with Email, CPM, LOM, and AIM
• Experience with Navy National Support
• Experience with Navy Direct Support

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL
