• Perform professional process engineering R&D for semiconductor capital equipment.
• Review processing techniques from pilot to full-scale manufacturing.
• Plan projects and define new concepts for processing methods.
• Analyze test data to set process specifications and limits.
• Support customer demos and data collection for process validation.
