The opportunity

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you'll lead enterprise implementations, managing all project phases from discovery to deployment. You will serve as the primary client contact to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge complex business problems with technical solutions, guiding decision-making and aligning solutions with business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for complex problems and recommend policy changes.
• Establish procedures affecting your work area and broader business functions.
• Apply judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria to achieve results.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable leading conversations across all levels.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM and end-to-end implementations.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience with team leadership.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, or related fields; Master's preferred.
• Certifications and consulting experience are highly valued.
