A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a sales team focused on improving patient outcomes. The role includes coaching team members, overseeing training programs, and developing effective customer relationships. Preferred candidates will have a BA/BS degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly in the Cardiovascular sector, and a strong leadership background. This position offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation including bonuses.
Our Chronic Care Sales team helps customers by delivering clinical product information, educational materials, and clinical training programs and resources. We partner with healthcare providers and systems to help them achieve better patient outcomes in their communities.
The Customer Team Leader (CTL) plays a critical role in establishing our company's customer- focused initiative.
This is a field-based sales management position that is responsible for covering the assigned district, which includes the following and may not be limited to the following workload centers: Boston, MA; Hartford, CT; New Haven, CT.
Travel Requirements: 25%

Salary range: $169,700.00 - $267,200.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, with Friday remote, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.
