Encourage team members to deliver excellent customer service. Must be able to oversee the total store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Store Managers in Training. Minimum Requirements
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Dependability and integrity reflected in past work records.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Knowledge of basic math, effective communication, and reading skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Willingness to work in all store areas, including cashiering, stocking, and maintenance.
  • Assist in achieving a positive customer shopping experience.
  • Assist in planning and executing merchandising and operational initiatives.
  • Work with team members to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Drive sales and manage costs to meet targets.
  • Help reduce turnover and increase retention.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain flexibility to work any shift, including opening or closing the store.
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers and team members.
  • Stay current with store promotions and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to all safety, legal, and company policies.
  • Physical ability to perform job functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
