Job Description: Customer Service Representative II Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM IN-OFFICE POSITION

The Customer Service Representative II Completes agency reports, attorney requests, assigned workstations, and ATBs accurately. This role works with charity and attorney departments, resolving all issues relating to patient accounts, forwarding accounts to correct departments for account follow-up or updates.
