Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience
  • Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good math skills (ability to perform basic calculations)
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written

Desired qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Teamwork skills to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive environment
  • Ability to greet customers genuinely and assist with their needs
  • Proactive in anticipating customer needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Oversee front-end operations to meet sales and profit goals, ensure cleanliness, and maintain safety standards
