We are seeking a Training & Enablement lead to own post-onboarding training, coaching, and QA, collaborating with the Training Lead and stepping into onboarding when needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Training, L&D, Enablement, or QA.
• Experience with LMS, Zendesk, and data-driven programs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build world-class support by owning post-onboarding training, coaching, and QA.
• Partner with the Training Lead and flex into onboarding when needed.
• Deliver workshops, certifications, and learning paths.
• Own AI-powered QA and identify coaching opportunities.
