What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Review customer applications for various student loan programs for completion and accuracy.
  • Handle processing, reporting, and correspondence requests regarding student loans and perform necessary account updates.
  • Adhere to applicable client requirements, policies, and federal and state regulations.
  • Ensure proper servicing of borrower accounts through the processing of internal requests and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain the highest levels of privacy and security while delivering exceptional customer service.

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • High School diploma required.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in administrative support and computer experience in a business environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Federal 5C).
  • Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Lowell, AR.
  • Current employees of the employer are not eligible to apply.
