Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Triages incoming inquiries and resolves or reassigns to appropriate resources.
• Researches root causes and uses available resources to address issues.
• Maintains customer accounts and documents interactions in the CRM tool.
• Provides back-end office support for sales, ordering, invoicing, shipping, warranties and other business needs.
• Adheres to service level expectations and performance standards.
