Job summary

Labelmaster is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers purchasing automotive and EV safety products. You'll collaborate with Sales, Operations and Logistics to ensure accurate order processing while delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of customer service experience, CRM software familiarity, strong data entry and MS Office skills, and excellent communication with a focus on detail and multitasking in a hybrid

Hybrid | Chicago, IL | $20-$24/hour | Full-Time

Do you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working with automotive or electric vehicle products?

Labelmaster is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support customers purchasing specialized vehicle safety and compliance products. You'll work with customers, sales, operations, and logistics to ensure orders are processed accurately while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This position is ideal for someone with customer service experience who enjoys learning technical products and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers by phone and email
• Process customer orders accurately
