Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions in Summerville, SC is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to act as a liaison between customers, suppliers and internal ops, supporting inventory management, logistics coordination, reporting and customer service.

This first-shift, non-exempt role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office; you will build lasting relationships, prepare reports and advance shipping notices while ensuring accuracy and

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and foster strong positive relationships with customers (supplier and OEM) by providing the support they need related to warehousing, logistics , inspection, and other services.
  • Maintain the customer's account while preserving customer confidentially.
  • Handle general inquiries, address complaints , provide solutions to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Provide support by tracking, receiving, inventorying, and shipping customer inventory in WMS.
  • Maintain supplier customer inventory and records accurately.
  • Systematically segregate, coordinate, and manage disposition non-shippable material.
  • Create customer specific documents relating to unique projects and requirements.
  • Build and send customer specific reports .
  • Prepare and send Advance Ship Notices (ASN) and/or invoices to end customer, both manual and EDI.
  • Conduct, investigate, and reconcile cycle counts and annual physical inventory .
  • Monitor and communicate supplier inventory levels and supplier delivery performance indicators .
  • Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned

Job description

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Summerville, SC. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal operations teams, supporting inventory management, logistics coordination, reporting, and customer service activities while helping ensure exceptional service and operational excellence. This is a first-shift, non-exempt position with an hourly pay range of $19.00-$21.00 per hour.

Overall Purpose

The Customer Support Specialist acts as a liaison between suppliers and end customers with services and offerings throughout the supply chain. The Customer Support Specialist also helps build and foster the relationship between the supplier, end customer, and TRIGO HT with high quality customer service, while maintaining the highest performance standards.

  • Managerial or Supervisory experience preferred .

  • 2+ years of customer service, customer support, logistics coordination, supply chain, warehousing, or inventory management experience preferred.
  • Experience serving as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal operations teams.
  • Proven experience handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working with inventory management systems, shipping documentation, receiving processes, and inventory reporting.
