Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service on-site at our Kenosha branch.

You will work with world-class technology to process orders, answer questions and help customers navigate our online ordering system, while receiving strong training and growth opportunities within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
