Job summary

Uline is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Irving, TX. This full-time role focuses on building customer relationships, delivering solutions, and providing legendary service using robust training and tools.

You will process orders, answer questions about products, pricing, and shipping, and assist customers via phone, email, and chat. A high school diploma is required; Bachelor's is preferred, with strong problem-solving and communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Full-Time Hours: Training Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM - after training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, various shifts available.
