Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our fast-growing team. The role focuses on assisting our Part Experts and customers with sales, service and support needs when purchasing parts, while upholding our values of integrity and teamwork.

You will manage emails and portals, ensure accurate order and data handling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

The Job at a Glance

The Customer Support Specialist (I nternally known a s the Support Squad ) will work closely assisting our Part Experts with many i ssues that may arise. They will be the team member behind the curtain who serves our customers’ sales, service and support needs when purchasing parts. If you demonstrate strong organizational skills, coupled with a collaborative spirit to ensure effective communication and cooperation across the segments you support , we want to talk to you.

A Typical Day

• Cover the AIF portals ( Web, EDI, and MDA , Marketplace, ZDRP )
• Create and Update survey and escalation cases for AIF
• Sort the Customer Service Email Queue
• Manage the [e-mail] emails – including but not limited to: merging accounts, creating import lists, creating UPS labels, updating account information, and registering users
• Sort, update, and combine the new account list
• Create Bloomfire documents as needed.
• Sort and distribute reports to their specific business units
• Assist with the UPS Exceptions Report
• Create and email warranty credits to the customer
• Deliver exceptional customer service through emails to our internal and external customers

The salary range for this role is $37,348.78 - $50,403.56 annually ($17.96 – $24.23 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay-for performance-company . In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
