A leading sports communication platform is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service to B2B customers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the MVP for our B2B customers - jumping in to solve problems, simplify processes, and make sure every admin feels like a pro. From scheduling and communications to registration and reporting, you’ll be their trusted coach, advocate, and problem-solver, helping them set up for a smooth, successful season.
This role requires working core hours of 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
Compensation: The minimum hourly compensation rate for this role is $20.00 per hour, inclusive of bonuses or commissions, with comp updated based on multiple factors.
Location: TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you.
