Customer Support Representatives

Responsibilities

• Transcribe character and number data from documents, worksheets, and internet forms into the corresponding computerized files and data warehouses
• Modify current data entries when updated data is received
• Oversee and upkeep filing systems for original files and assets
• Support other general office duties like photocopying, sending faxes, and document organization as necessary
• Associates have the potential to make between $22 and $23 an hour + Bonus and Commission Depending on time commitment

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Entry-level computer proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and data input programs a plus
• Ability to keyboard at least 35 WPM
