Our team is fully remote, and we take pride in offering responsive, personal, and reliable support to our users.

Position Overview: We're looking for a full-time Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first line of communication for users seeking help or training. You'll answer support tickets, handle phone calls, join Zoom calls, and occasionally test new features before they are released.
