Customer Support Representative (Part Time)

This Customer Support Representative role offers an excellent opportunity for enthusiasts of fantasy sports interested in entering the online gambling industry. This is a part-time position with potential to transition to full-time over time.

Responsibilities

  1. Support the daily operations of customer service for the business.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience.
  3. Handle customer queries professionally and in compliance with company policies.
  4. Investigate and escalate customer issues for prompt resolution.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
  6. Respond to queries via email and phone promptly.
  7. Document all issues and queries using our CRM system.
  8. Assist with additional side projects during slower seasons.

Requirements

  1. Must have knowledge of fantasy sports and sports betting, including season-long and DFS (daily fantasy sports) across all sports.
  2. Own a working computer.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
  4. Team-oriented attitude.
  5. Interest in the online gambling space is a plus.
  6. Flexibility to work within our customer service hours from 9 am to 9 pm Central Time, with shifts starting or ending within these hours.
