Job summary

BOOMERS SPORTS BOOK LLC is seeking a Part-Time Representative for our Las Vegas call center. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, knowledgeable support across phone, chat, and email channels.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in a call center (sports betting, gaming, or hospitality preferred), and the ability to learn new technologies. This in-office role is located in the Southwest area of Las Vegas with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of recent call center experience in the sports betting, gaming, or hospitality industry required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with customer service software and good computer skills.
