Responsibilities
  • Being front line voice and ears of our company, providing customer support via calls and emails for our international clients and partners;
  • Assisting clients and partners with existing reservations and questions before booking;
  • Distributing requests among departments and teams;
  • Logging activity in CRM.
What You’ll Do
  • Advise clients: You will serve as the front line voice and ears of our company, providing customer support via calls and emails for our international clients and partners;
  • Communicate: Assist clients and partners with existing reservations and answer questions prior to booking;
  • Work with systems: Distribute requests among departments and teams and log activity in CRM.
What We’re Looking For
  • English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
  • Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
