Job summary

AHW LLC in Illinois is seeking a customer service focused associate to handle all communications with customers by phone and email. You will promote and sell products, address order issues, and ensure timely responses while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting parts department, and upselling related products. Strong communication and multitasking are essential, with familiarity with the John Deere Parts Catalog a plus.

• Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all times

Requirements
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
