We are looking for a talented and motivated Customer Support Representative with Hindi and English language skills to work on a dynamic and fast-growing project in India.


Qualifications & experience:


  • At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills and a high literacy rate
  • A High-performance computer, as well as a stable Internet connection is required
  • Experience working in the Customer Support field will be a plus
  • The successful candidate will work remotely. This allows for flexibility and the opportunity to demonstrate skills and capabilities in a remote setting.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as chat, email, and voice calls.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers over phone or email.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Fully remote, 11 hour shifts with 5 days a week schedule.
