A-Gas Americas is seeking an energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team on site in Rhome, TX. The role requires excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to maintain positive customer partnerships and ensure accurate order entry.

Key tasks include supporting drivers for rapid delivery, coordinating with operations and finance, and applying exact pricing per customer agreements. Benefits include profit-sharing, health plans, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service and account management.
• Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and Salesforce with cloud-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support and prompt account management.
• Assist truck drivers to ensure smooth rapid delivery of products and services to customers.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls from customers.
• Review and manage customer accounts to ensure 100% accuracy in order entry.
• Facilitate prompt, precise entry and tracking of gas acquisition jobs.
• Partner with operations, logistics, and plant teams to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Filter data based on pricing structures and contract fee requirements.
• Apply pricing models aligned with current customer master agreements.
• Update purchase orders, material metrics and cost structures in web-based systems.
• Prepare final job reports and coordinate with finance to clear receipts and payments.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and account management.
• Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, and cloud-based applications.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain confidentiality regarding customer accounts and pricing data.
