What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education or high school diploma
- Experience in customer service or financial services is a plus

- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
- Demonstrated problem resolution and effective listening skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current SIE, Series 6 or 7, Series 63 licenses
- Working knowledge of IRAs and other retirement products
