*Description*

* In order to help teachers and educational administrators worldwide, we are seeking Tier I Customer Service and help Representatives.
* The agents will work remotely from home to answer incoming calls, chats, and emails for an educational software firm that specializes in K-6 programs.
* Basic customer service inquiries and minor troubleshooting will be handled by Tier I customer support agents.
* Resetting log-ins, responding to inquiries, completing the sale of an extra product, and other general inquiries are some examples of the types of calls.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center setting
* Experience working multiple chats in call center is a plus
* Tech Savvy - Must be able to navigate 4+ computer programs at once and comfortable toggling to different screens
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.80/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
