This position is contingent upon the successful completion of security and background checks.

Salary

$17.50 per hour

Hours of Operation

8am - 6pm EST, Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support services to the client’s registrant community
• Respond to customer issues through problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up
• Provide first-tier support for end users via call support and resolve less complex problems immediately

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience, including 2 years as a customer support operator/analyst
• Must be within commuting distance to El Paso, TX or Weston, FL
• Multilingual skills are a plus
