WHAT THIS ROLE IS DESIGNED FOR

YOUR DEVELOPMENT PATH

Phase 1 - Structured Training

• Combination of classroom instruction and on-the-job training (OJT)
• Safety protocols and cleanroom fundamentals
• Preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) fundamentals
• Basic system diagnostics and documentation usage
• Exposure to KSEC administrative systems and technical databases

Phase 2 - Guided Customer Support

• Perform preventive maintenance with supervision
• Assist with corrective maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Learn tool architecture and subsystem functions
• Begin direct interaction with customer engineering teams

Phase 3 - Expanding Technical Scope

• Support multiple customer tool sets
• Perform independent maintenance tasks
• Develop diagnostic confidence
• Act as a professional liaison between customers and internal support teams

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform preventive maintenance on advanced semiconductor equipment
• Assist in troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities
• Follow KSEC and customer safety protocols at all times
• Support equipment installation or removal as required
• Complete documentation and administrative reporting accurately
• Provide feedback to technical support and engineering teams
• Maintain professional, customer‑facing behavior

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN (YEAR 1–2)

Compensation

The pay offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. (Range $70.7K - $93.6K). In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation.
