Position Title:Customer Support Coordinator: Order Entry and EDI Orders Team Member

Location:Peachtree Corners, GA (Hybrid)

This is a dual function role supporting both the Order Entry and EDI Orders teams. The Order Entry team processes incoming customer orders submitted via email. The EDI Orders team communicates with customers and resolves pricing and part-number discrepancies for orders submitted electronically.

You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:

EDI Coordinator:

  • Generate reports to identify order lines with pricing, part number and order quantity discrepancies for orders submitted via EDI or Sie Portal
  • Utilizes SieSales/Salesforce to create cases to communicate discrepancies to customers and drive to resolution
  • Monitors and actions SAP workflow to address orders submitted electronically that have errors preventing sales order creation
  • Communicate with Data Management teams regarding parts setup

Order Entry Specialist:

  • Processes large volumes of data in both alphanumeric and symbolic format from various source documents into software applications
  • Use of SAP, Compass and Salesforce to manage daily workflow
  • Routine written communication with Sales and external customers via Outlook
  • Salesforce is used regularly to triage incoming orders for entry and manage cases to ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • May also be required to respond to semi-complex complaints and disputes within 48hr SLA

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 plus years’ experience in a Customer Support role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and basic proficiency in Excel
  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to follow specific procedures, and excellent time management practices
  • Must demonstrate articulateness in communications
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills a necessity

The pay range for this position is $39,760 - $68,160. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
