  • You’re proficient in using Front and Aircall, capable of multitasking while staying organized and efficient.

  • You have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and resolve issues efficiently.

  • You thrive in a dynamic environment, seamlessly switching between chat and email interactions while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

  • You have technical aptitude—you're curious and proficient in using digital communication tools and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

  • A basic understanding of telecommunication or digital messaging technologies is a plus!
