Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Customer Success Representative in a hybrid role based at the Rocky Mount, VA plant. The position supports customers in the windows and doors division, handling orders, invoicing, and warranty issues while coordinating with sales and operations to ensure a superior customer experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 1–2 years in direct customer support, and proficiency with telecom software, MS Office, and CRM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1-2 years of proven direct customer and consumer support experience.
• Understanding of building products industry and sales management in dealer/distribution/two-step channels preferred.
• Proficient in telecom software; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: assist direct customers and consumers from order receipt through delivery, invoicing, and warranty.
• Account management: inform leadership and sales teams of activities; monitor orders and intervene as needed.
• Information accuracy: provide pricing, market updates, product changes; encourage portal usage.
• Issue Resolution: respond to inquiries on orders, quality, delivery, pricing, billing.
• Technical Support: provide product technical information and direct to specialists as needed.
• Collaboration: work with sales and operations for premier customer experience.
• Escalation Management: involve Team Leads for escalated issues.
• Training: assist CSRs with soft skills and product training; onboarding.
• Continuous Improvement: contribute to process improvements and projects to boost satisfaction.
