Job summary

Hanna Interpreting Services LLC is seeking a Customer Success Representative to support customers and operations within the Interpreter Intelligence platform. You will serve as the primary contact for OSI and prescheduled virtual interpretation services, guiding onboarding, implementation, and ongoing platform support.

This hybrid role requires onsite work (1 week per month) and a 90-day onboarding onsite. You will collaborate across Hanna’s service lines, train customers, monitor performance,

Qualifications

• Complete Interpreter Intelligence (II) training.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Complete Trainual University curriculum and internal training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary CSR for Interpreter Intelligence, supporting customers, accounts, and workflows within II for OSI and prescheduled virtual services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding requirements, goals, challenges, and service expectations.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation within Interpreter Intelligence, including account setup, configurations, and go-live support.
• Provide clear, practical training and guidance to help customers use Interpreter Intelligence and Hanna services.
• Monitor customer activity and service performance, identify trends or risks, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain cross-training across Hanna’s On-Demand Interpretation and Translation platforms and provide backup coverage when needed.
• Collaborate with Interpretation Operations, Systems, On-Demand, Translation, Accounting, and other departments to communicate feedback and drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate customer requirements and handoffs to ensure consistent ongoing support.
