Position Summary

Work with restaurant partners to regularly review, retain and optimize service with Menufy by HungerRush. Check the customer\'s brand web presence across platforms like Google, Apple, Facebook, Yelp, and more. Work closely with our highest volume restaurant partners to ensure continued success. Focus on customer outreach, retention, new product/service awareness, and order improvement coaching.

Responsibilities
  • Assess customer needs, provide expertise and knowledge on product features, and provide consulting services regarding available options
  • Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business
  • Recover, optimize, maintain, and protect our customers\' information on search engines and Google Business Profiles
  • Communicate with other organizations like Google Support to assist our customers\' needs
  • Schedule and conduct performance briefings with customers and work to find solutions for potential inquiries
  • Maintain the highest level of knowledge about our competitors
  • Review customer\'s business settings and modify them as needed to optimize the success of the customer
Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-year industry or related experience required
  • Minimum of 3-year customer service experience required
  • 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Fluent in English
