About the Role

This role serves as a specialized administrative extension of the Customer Success Executive team. It provides support to the client’s benefits team and to the client’s employees, delivering personalized service to ensure client needs and questions are addressed.

Responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of internal systems, including but not limited to LeavePro, 360, Jira, NXT, Self-Service Portal. Facilitating reporting across other applications and platforms.
  • Supporting Client LeavePro and/or 360 system acceptance testing.
  • Leading client training for self-service portal, application and/or platform training.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify trends in service/claims.
  • Attending Client Services and Operations meetings and calls and conducting follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Recommending process improvements and ways to streamline, and following change management approval process.
  • Maintaining all related documents, files and legal requests with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Partnering with Customer Success Executive, Operations, and/or Business Intelligence to deliver analytics reports as needed.
  • Serving as a liaison to assist members filing claims and navigating internal resources for high-priority employees.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Disability Management, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation and Payroll.
  • Experience in project management is a skill or requirement essential to high performance in the role.
  • Education or a combination of relevant experience in leave and disability.
  • Computer skills in data entry and attention to detail.
  • Maintain diplomacy, good judgment, professionalism, analytical skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Salary and Benefits Information

Salary Pay Range

Minimum: 54,000.00 USD

Maximum: 66,000.00 USD

Pay Transparency Statement: Compensation is determined by factors including experience, education, certifications, market data, internal equity, and geography.
