Job summary

ACE Scholarships is hiring a Customer Success Representative to be the frontline contact for families, schools, donors, and partners in our Denver office. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, own cases end-to-end, and ensure accurate scholarship processing while maintaining compliance.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume periods are essential. Prior nonprofit experience is a plus, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in nonprofit, education, or regulated environments preferred.
• Comfortable learning new systems and programs including ServiceNow, Empower-Ed, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Own assigned cases from start to resolution, including escalations.
• Assist families, schools, and donors with scholarship programs and applications.
• Support administrative projects and maintain data quality.
