Job description

We're Hiring: Customer Success & Reddit Content Specialist (Remote – Full Time)

Hi there!
We’re Scale Up, and we’re helping an innovative SaaS startup find its next team member!

About the Company

Our client is an innovative SaaS startup helping businesses grow by tapping into the power of online communities. Their platform uses automation and AI to help brands increase traffic, drive sales, and engage authentically with highly targeted audiences. By combining smart technology with a deep understanding of how people interact online, they empower marketing teams to be faster, smarter, and more effective. The company is growing quickly and is building a team of creative, driven professionals who are excited about shaping the future of digital marketing.

About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Success & Reddit Content Specialist — someone who’s equal parts community manager, content creator, and client partner.

While this role falls under Customer Success, around 70% of the day-to-day work is focused on creating and managing content on Reddit. You’ll work closely with a portfolio of clients to understand their goals, then build engagement strategies and Reddit content tailored to their needs.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.

  • Manage onboarding, define client KPIs, and create personalized content roadmaps.

  • Lead and support weekly calls with each client.

  • Create and manage Reddit content strategies based on client objectives.

  • Use AI tools to draft, refine, and adapt content to Reddit audiences.

  • Collaborate with an internal team to deliver campaigns aligned with each client’s voice and goals.

  • Communicate daily via Slack and Discord.

What You Bring
  • Experience as a community manager or digital marketer, ideally in social media content creation and engagement.

  • A deep understanding of Reddit: how to navigate communities, engage authentically, and create posts that get traction.

  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate and iterate on content.

  • Strong written and spoken English — you’re able to adapt tone, style, and language for different audiences.

  • Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • A proactive mindset: you ask the right questions, anticipate client needs, and make strategic suggestions.

Bonus Points
  • Previous experience working in SaaS or with startups.

  • Hands-on Reddit content creation experience for marketing campaigns.

  • Familiarity with pricing, growth, or analytics tools.

Other Details
  • Full-time, remote position.

  • You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team.

  • Work in flexible hours but must be available for 1 weekly client call per account.

  • Advanced English is required.
