Job summary

You will own service execution, coordinate contracts and resources, and maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams to deliver consistent value.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, renewal management, and continuous process improvement to support recurring revenue health and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of customer service or coordination experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP or business systems; SAP or Eclipse a plus.
• Industry experience in service delivery helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and transactional execution across service offerings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage multiple service requests across channels with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Coordinate quotes, order entry, contract setup, invoicing and fulfillment.
• Monitor open requests to ensure timely follow-up, completion, and visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and vendors to deliver seamless service.
• Support renewal execution and contract visibility.
