Are you a former special education teacher or school leader with business experience looking for your next challenge in the education space?

At Goalbook, our mission is to empower teachers to transform instruction so that ALL students can succeed. We partner with 1,000+ school districts in 47 states, working closely with them to support educators in improving instructional practice.

This role involves working with district and school leaders nationwide to plan effective implementations and transform instructional practices in classrooms. You should be able to navigate complex discussions, build strong relationships, and be organized and detail-oriented. Additionally, you must be capable of delivering engaging trainings both online and in-person.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform renewal efforts with district and school partners across the country.
  2. Collaborate with district and school leaders to plan and implement effective strategies.
  3. Deliver online webinars and conduct onsite professional development workshops.
  4. Analyze usage data and metrics to maximize user engagement with district partners.
  5. Travel approximately 30%, with increased travel during summer and fall seasons.
Required Skills & Experience
  1. At least 2 years of instructional leadership or coaching experience.
  2. Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and persuasion skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. At least 2 years of school or district leadership experience.
  6. At least 2 years of business experience, preferably in sales or customer success.
  7. Salary range of $70,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and location.
