This is a high-impact role where you will manage a portfolio of growth-stage customers, drive renewals, and uncover expansion opportunities. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the platform and have a seamless user experience. Success in this role means balancing commercial outcomes with outstanding customer advocacy, all while collaborating across product, engineering, and sales teams. Accountabilities:

  • Own a portfolio of growth-tier customer accounts, driving retention and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they achieve key business outcomes using the platform.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor by building customer success plans, encouraging adoption, and delivering product best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and sales to communicate customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally to shape future product direction.
  • Support the development of scalable customer engagement strategies and knowledge-sharing resources.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage renewals and meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
  • A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bonus points for experience with clients in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, or within CRM/data services platforms.
  • Location: San Francisco, CA, Austin, TX, or New York
